Shipping methods
Our orders are delivered under contract within the Netherlands by DHL or PostNL.
In Belgium, this will happen via Bpost or PostNL, depending on the size of your order.
During the checkout process you will be informed how your order is shipped. We make a distinction between 2 methods:
- Parcels with Track & Trace -
Letter mail without Track & Trace.
Both are always free within the Netherlands. Abroad, this differs based on the size and weight of your order, here you will be informed during the checkout process of how to proceed.
Delivery time
For delivery in the Netherlands always 24 hours. As a rule, this means that if you ordered before 17:00, you can expect to receive your order the next day. However, it may be that PostNL has a delay and it will be later.
For some products is a longer delivery time. Here you will be during the checkout of the informed.
For delivery time abroad, we refer to the delivery time indicationDuringcheckout.
The delivery time on the product page is the fastest possible within the Netherlandsand does not apply to your address abroad.These are currently the most accurate delivery times according to PostNL:
